When will I receive my digital design?
The majority of orders are completed with 24 hours if not sooner, but within 48 hours during busy seasons. If you need your order rushed, please convo me to get a timeframe.
When will my print or in-stock order ship?
Custom printed orders take approx. 1 week for the printing and 2-3 days for the shipping.
In Stock goods ship the next business day.
If you need a print or in-stock order rushed, please convo for options or purchase RUSH printing/shipping for printed items.
Can invitation wording be changed?
Absolutely. All text is customizable. Just let me know the text you'd like at checkout and i'll edit invitation for you.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, the majority of graphics can be customized. If it's a watercolor image, those can NOT be changed.

This is our sixth time ordering a stuffed doll. Needless to say, we trust Bernadette because she has always exceeded our expectations. We didn't even request to see the design prior to purchasing the doll. We knew we would love it. The image does not make it justice. The quality is always on point. Our family will continue to order more stuffed dolls.
